Wainfeh (the "Platform") is committed to protecting the privacy of its website visitors and users, and processes personal data in accordance with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law, Royal Decree No. (M/19) of 9/2/1443H and its Implementing Regulations. This policy explains what data we collect through the website, why we collect it, and your rights over it.
Data we collect
Your mobile number when you sign in with a one-time verification code (OTP), to create your session and verify your identity.
The reviews you write on provider pages, including the display name you choose to show alongside them.
Essential usage data needed to operate and protect the website from abuse. We do not collect your geolocation, your contacts, or your device data through the website.
Publicly displayed data
By the nature of a directory, providers' business data is public: name, category, city and district, address, contact numbers, working hours and image, plus published reviews.
Your account data (mobile number or session details) is never shown to anyone; it is used solely to operate your account and your offers.
Cookies and local storage
We use your browser's local storage to keep your sign-in session and your recent search history — on your device only. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not share your data with advertising networks.
Sharing data with others
The Platform does not sell, rent, or trade personal data.
We may disclose data to technology providers who help us operate the website (such as the map service, which loads only when requested), or to comply with a lawful request from a competent authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Data security
All data exchanged between your browser and our servers travels over an encrypted (TLS) connection, and our servers apply technical and administrative safeguards to protect data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
Your rights and how to exercise them
The Law guarantees your right to know, access, and obtain a copy of your data, request its correction or destruction, and withdraw your consent where processing is based on it.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@wainfih.com with your name, a way to contact you, and the right you wish to exercise; our team responds within 30 days of receiving the request after verifying your identity. You may also file a complaint with the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).
